Shipping is free for orders $50 or more, and only $5 for orders less than $50. We currently ship only within the United States. We use the US Postal Service to ship our orders, either first class or priority.

If you need expedited shipping or require a different shipping method, please contact us at julia@ivredefleurs.com before your placing your order. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, but it might take us longer to ship out orders on occasion.



If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email julia@ivredefleurs.com within 30 days for instructions on returning or exchanging your product. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return shipping is free for damaged products. No returns on samples or clearance items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Samples and mini versions of our products are available to purchase at our Etsy shop.



All ingredients are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. For allergies, please check the ingredients. We try to minimize the number of ingredients that are likely to cause allergic reactions, but we occasionally use nut oils and ingredients that can be contaminated by gluten (such as oats). Please contact julia@ivredefleurs.com if you have any questions about the ingredients used in a specific product.
